I appreciate the recent emails I have received from several dentists who have read Dentistry’s Business Secrets: Proven Growth Strategies for Your New or Existing Practice and the Dental Practice Management & Marketing Tools CDs. I originally began work on the book with a target readership of dental students and new practitioners in mind. However, as the book’s writing progressed I realized that after nearly 20 years of practicing dentistry, I am still learning new lessons. It has been an honor to read glowing reviews from new dentists, as well as dentists who have been practicing for decades, who have found the book and the CDs to be useful in managing and marketing their dental practices. Below you will find a few quotes from recent reviews of the book.

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know I loved your book! I’m opening my own practice in Brunswick, Ga and really needed some guidance. Your book has been dog eared and tabbed. I am going to pass it along to my office manager once we open. I know she will also enjoy it.
I want to thank you again for writing the bible of opening a practice. Because of your book and CDs I have patient forms, job descriptions, collections protocol, and a marketing plan.
You know, I was so worried not being in network with a lot of insurance plans but people don’t seem to care. My office manager explains all of it to them like it says in your book, and people still make appointments. I guess I’m so insurance driven from my last place of employment.

Finding your book and its strategies was a god-send, and I look forward to reviewing your CD package as well. I really enjoyed your book. Congratulations on a “job well done”. I have become a “big fan” of your ideas and advice.

Your interview with Rich Madow of the Madow Brothers Audio Series was inspirational. It was so good I was compelled to order your book and immediately read it in one week. That is a World’s Record for me. My Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator then read most of it and she demanded her own copy to be ordered so we did. It’s on the way. We are going to use it for our office bible! Your book should be the textbook for the “Business of Dentistry” classes at UMKC. Your book really is a great text for reference and planning! We are going to keep it handy for daily activities and Team Meetings.

Thank you to each of these dentists who took the time to reach out to me and email me their thoughts on the book and CDs. These projects were really labors of love and I’m so thankful to think that my experience and efforts are able to help other dentists.
